I was only there for Splurge 2 (more or less), and having just got back I'm in serious need of some sleep - but I still have a huge grin on my face.
Send me your stories and photos and I'll showcase them here.
Thanks to those of you that have already started sending things in - photos are all now in the Photo Gallery.
 From Yrdeo Klaem:
A poem For the BB2003 page ... enjoy :) Packed half a dozen pairs of dancing shoesAnd fairy clothes galore
Four or five towls , a million plastersall the clothes i own AND MORE So.. a suitcase and two holdals
floppy hat and flip-flops with a roseGet in the car, then on the ferryB.B Virgin says " here goes"
But where on earth is this place? The one they call Atherfield BayNo signs can be found for it anywherejust farms and fields laden with hay
But eventually we find it ,much to our delight,as we spy in the drive way into camp"beach boogie" on a kite
The chalet, yes, was basicTiny and old are more the wordsBut who goes on a dance hol for a sleepthat would make you quite absurd
Next to the campa beautiful chine where i was lucky once to spythe grandest sunset ever seenglittering in the sky
Classes all throughout the dayFreestyle all the nighttwas only the rotten wimpy peoplewho didnt dance till morning light
Yes my feet were so covered in blister treatmentsthat they looked as though they were fakewearing those brand new ballroom shoes
for hours was such a mistake but still we struggle on,and though i could hardly walkonce I heard the music
I just let the jive talk Until suddenly it was six in the morningthe big night almost gonedanced all night , till early light
grooving to the very last song Step outside as the music dies awayand am offered a walk home by jdecline as I feel safe alone
the morning is breaking on my new found home back to the tentand sit a whilenot tired anymore,
i realise with a smile I opt for quiet contemplationdown beside the beachupon the holiday of standards
others dance hols just cant reach my half a dozen pairs of dancing shoesnow resting in their casefairy dress and fairy wings
all folded back in place Got theBlues as the fun is now overGot theBlues as its back to reality
but for these days of fourbeside the shorei'v been as happy as a gal can be (c) Yrdeo Klaem
